印度普及高中教育政策及其价值取向 被引量：3

摘要 普及高中教育是当今发展中国家教育发展的一大战略,政策则是发展战略的根本保障。对印度普及高中教育政策颁布的背景、政策文本,以及政策的价值取向进行研究分析,可以为我国高中教育的普及提供有益的借鉴。
