胰肾联合移植后他克莫司致药物性肝损害合并精神症状一例
摘要
2005年12月，我院1例胰肾联合移植的患者因术后服用他克莫司（FK506）发生了严重的肝脏损害，同时伴有精神症状，经过积极治疗后好转，报告如下。
