摘要
对蝴蝶兰杂交种子进行了无菌播种,获得实生苗,开花后选择优良单株,以单株的花梗为外植体进行快速繁殖,获得分生苗,结果表明:蝴蝶兰胚培养的最佳培养基为Hyponex1号3.0g/L+香蕉泥50.0g/L;0.1%HgCl2 8 min消毒对嫩花梗节适宜,10min消毒生理年龄较老的花梗节;以无菌花梗苗为增殖材料,增殖最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA5.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+椰子汁10%;Hyponex1号3.0g/L;香蕉泥100.0g/L+活性炭1.5g/L有利于壮苗生根。
Experiment on rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis amabilis was carded out by two ways like sterile seed sowing, and by using pedicel of single elite plant after flowering as explants. The result indicated that 3g/L Hyponex 1 + 50g/L banana juice was the best culture medium for seed embryo. For sterilization, 8 minutes treatment of 0.1% HgCl2 was suitable for young pedicel while 10 minutes for older one. The best propagation culture medium was 1/2MS + 6-BA5.0 mg/L+ NAA0.5mg/L+ 10%CM, 3g/L Hyponex 1, 100g/L banana juice+ 1.5 g/L active charcoal could promote rooting.
