摘要
在井下单螺杆抽油泵系统中,抽油杆柱既传递扭矩又承受轴向载荷,其受力状态与常规抽油系统中的抽油杆柱大不相同。对井下单螺杆抽油泵杆柱进行了受力分析,并建立了杆柱设计与计算的力学模型。提出了井下单螺杆抽油泵杆柱设计的原则和在二向应力状态下等强度组合杆柱设计和计算的方法:为降低杆柱摩阻和油液压头损失,应尽量采用小规格的D级抽油杆,在小规格的抽油杆柱的最大工作应力大于抽油杆的许用应力时再选用大一规格的抽油杆。此方法可利用计算机编程进行杆柱设计与计算,其程序简单易行,适用于现场工程设计计算。最后给出了设计与计算实例。
Force analysis of the rod string on a single screw pump system is conducted, and a mechanical model for the design and calculation of the string is established. The design criterion for the string and the method for designing combined equicohesive string under the condition of two-directied stress are put forward: to reduce the friction resistance on the string and the loss of fluid pressure head, small-sized Grade D sucker rod should be adopted as possible, and the rod with larger size can be selected when the maximum working stress on the small-sized rod string is higher than the allowable stress. With the aid of computer, the rpd string can be designed and calculated by the above-mentioned method.And an example of the rod string design and calculation is preseted.
