摘要
针对高压与超高压注水泵系头体的最主要失效形式──疲劳破坏,从疲劳强度的观点出发,用确定最佳超应变度的等疲劳强度自增强设计原则,研究了高压注水泵泵头体的最佳超应变。并用弹塑性有限元法对高压注水泵泵头体的自增强过程进行了分析计算,确定了内外表面的危险点,求出了泵头体在不同自增强压力下的残余应力分布,获得了泵头体的最佳自增强处理压力与最佳超应变,为高压注水泵泵头体的自增强处理提供了理论依据。
In the light of the fatigue failure of the hydraulic end of a high pressure waterflood pump, according to the criterion for equal fatigue strength autotretage design, the optimum overstrain extent of the hydraulic end of the pump is investigated. The autofrettage process is calculated by the elastoplastic finite element method, the critical points on the inner and outer surfeces are determined, the distribution: of the residual stress on the hydraulic end under different autofrettage pressure is worked out, and the optimum autofrettage pressure and optimum overstrain extent are obtained.
