摘要
根据液力平衡增压柱塞泵的液力平衡结构特点,分析了增压柱塞泵柱塞的受力情况、密封特点,以及液力平衡对增压柱塞泵曲轴强度的影响。通过分析得出结论:采用进液平衡的增压柱塞泵,既可降低泵的柱塞力,减小动力端的径向尺寸,又可提高泵的密封性能,从而改善增压泵的综合性能。
According to the design feature of the hydraulic balanced booster plunger pump, the force acting on the plunger, the sealing of the plunger and the influence of hydraulic balance on the strength of the pump crankshaft are analyzed. And it is concluded that, by adopting the inlet hydraulic balance, both the force on the plunger and the radial size of the power end of the pump can be decreased, and the sealing ability of the pump can be enhanced, thereby the comprehensive property of the pump can be improved.
