摘要
无锡市城北污水处理厂进水泵房土建部分按远期规模(10×104m3/d)建设,一期工程设备按5×104m3/d的规模设计安装。由于在二期工程设计中增设了厌氧水解预处理工艺段,需提高进水泵的扬程,因此二期工程要求在不停产的情况下改造进水泵房并安装水泵。介绍了进水泵房在水泵的选型、安装及电气自控方面的改造情况,可为国内同类城市污水处理厂的改(扩)建提供参考。
The designed construction scale of the pump house was 10 × 10^4m^3 /d according to the long-term scale of Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuxi, and the facilities of the first-stage project were designed and installed according to the capability of 5 10^4m^3/d. Because the anaerobic hydrolysis pretreatment was added in the second-stage project design, the pump head needed to be in- creased, Therefore, reconstructing pump house and installing water pumps were required under non-stop condition in the second-stage project. The rebuilding of pump house was introduced in respects of pump selection, installation and electric autocontrol. This reconstruction design can provide a reference for rebuilding projects of similar municipal wastewater treatment plants in China.
