Construction Cost Control of Reconstruction Project for Installing Water Meter outside House

针对已建住宅楼水表出户改造工程中存在的问题,结合东营市自来水公司的实践经验,从工程前期、施工及竣工验收和工程结算三方面,分别介绍了各阶段不同的实施措施对改造工程造价的影响,提出应结合住宅房屋布局、装修状况、有无地下室及室外现场情况等进行改造方案的优选。

Aimed at the problems in the reconstruction project for water meter outside house in built residential buildings, combined with the practical experience of Dongying Water Supply Company, the influence of different measures in different periods on the construction cost of reconstruction project was introduced in respects of the preliminary stage, construction stage, completion approval and project settlement. Meanwhile, an optimal reconstruction plan was put forward according to the building distribution, decoration condition, having basement or not and outside situation.
