摘要 以均四甲苯为原料,通过三聚甲醛/对甲苯磺酸交联合成以亚甲基相连接的齐聚芳烃,进一步热处理制备了可纺性中间相沥青。考察了交联剂用量对均四甲苯亚甲基齐聚物的组成结构及其衍生中间相沥青性能的影响。结果表明,随着交联剂用量的增加,所得齐聚物的收率和软化点升高,平均聚合度增大,分子量分布变宽,由此造成齐聚物制备的中间相沥青的光学各向异性等色区域变小,软化点升高,可纺性变差,其原因在于高交联剂用量引起的齐聚物的分子量变大和杂原子含量增加。 A spinnable mesophase pitch with lower softening point was prepared from the 1,2,4,5 tetramethylbenzene(durene) methylene bridged oligomers by the aid of sym trioxane as the cross linking agent and paratoluenesulfonic acid (PTS) as the catalyst then through successive heat treatment In this paper, the influence of cross linking agent concentration on the components and structures of durene methylene bridged oligomers and its derived mesophase pitch properties was investigated The results have shown that, with the increase of the cross linking agent dosage, the yield, the softening point and the average degree of polymerization of product oligomers increased The derived mesophase pitches exhibited smaller anisotropic isochromatic range sizes, higher softening point and worse spinnability in the above order of cross liking agent concentration
