摘要
在建立的三相分离模拟实验装置上,对美国C-ENatco公司的Performax分离器、河南石油勘探局的HNS-Ⅱ型分离器和近年研究开发的重力式油水分离结构优化的设备进行了研究。结果表明,结构优化设备的分离特性优于HNS-Ⅱ型分离器和美国C-ENatco公司的Performax分离器,是新型高效重力式油水分离设备更加理想、实用的结构模式。
The separating behavior of three typical gravitational oil water separator models was studied through an oil water separation simulating system established by our laboratory.The models tested were C E Natcos Performax separator model,Henan oil field s HNS Ⅱ separator model and our optimized model developed in recent years.Results show that separating behavior of our optimized model is always better than that of HNS Ⅱ model,even much better than that of C E Natco s Performax model.So it is proved to be a more ideal and applicable model for efficient gravitational oil water separation.In addition,the study of the separating behavior of the separators,the oil water interface position and the media emulsion intensity was also correlated in this work.An important conclusion has been drawn from this work is that the separating behavior in all models was improved with the drop of the oil water interface position and the declining of the emulsifiability of the media.This works is valuable for the improvement of gravity oil water separators in engineering.
