Present situation of rural cooperative economic organizations in Liaoning and countermeasures

辽宁作为东北地区的经济中心,城镇与农村的人口比为56:44,是全国城市化程度最高的省份。但农村经济严重滞后且发展不均,为促进辽宁农村合作经济组织发展,通过对其现状的分析,认为存在覆盖率低、形式单一、机构不规范等诸多问题,这一现象已严重制约了农村经济的进一步发展。建议创新思路、完善机制、加大扶持、有针对性地培育代表农民利益的农村合作经济组织。

Liaoning, an economic center in the northeast of China,has the highest level of urbanization, where the ratio of urban and rural population is 56 to 44 . However, the rural economy is lagging far behind and making uneven development. According to the study on the present situation of rural cooperative economic organizations , there exist many problems,such as low coverage, single form, institutions with the low standard and so on,which have seriously restricted rural economic development. Some suggestions have been put forward from the aspects of bringing forth new ideas, improving the systems, strengthening the support,and cultivating rural cooperative economic organizations which represent the interest of the peasants in order to promote its development.
