高校公共体育课开设软式排球的可行性研究

软式排球融娱乐、竞技为一体,是极具发展前景的一项体育运动。针对高校硬式排球教学中存在的问题,运用SPSS等研究方法,对高校公共体育课开设软式排球的可行性进行研究。结果表明:在高校开设软式排球课,可丰富公共体育教学,有助于学生形成终生体育观,是具有很大推广价值的一项体育运动。

Soft volleyball is an amusement and athletic P. E sport,which has a huge development foreground. By the SPSS and etc. method,in view of the teaching problem of hard volleyball, the feasibility of offer the soft volleyball course at college is studied in the paper. The results shows that, offering the soft volleyball at college not only can enrich the college P. E teaching, but also help students to form the view of lifetime P. E. It has a huge popular rizing value.
