摘要
针对少年跳高运动员的身体特点,通过对跳高技术动作的分析和参与跳高运动的肌群的分析,提出辅助训练、一般支撑力量练习、专项支撑力量练习等方法相结合的科学训练方法,并提出少年跳高运动员力量训练中需要注意的问题。
In view of the characteristic of the teenage high jumpers,by analysis of the skill and the muscle group which join in the high jumping,the article proposes the strength training of teenage high jumpers by the supplementary training, common strength support training and special strength support training method,and puts forward some problems that need to pay attention to in the training.
