摘要
目的回顾重庆市消除碘缺乏病综合干预项目进展情况,总结经验教训,明确存在的问题,为进一步综合干预工作提供指导。方法采用了定性研究中的文献分析、深入访谈、专题小组访谈和定量研究中的问卷调查的方法。结果尽管涪陵、丰都两地的学生和家庭主妇的碘缺乏病危害知晓率在逐年提高,但碘盐覆盖率在50%~70%之间徘徊。结论使用非碘盐加工榨菜,严重影响了当地碘盐覆盖率,5年的综合干预工作并未从根本上解决重庆的问题。
Objective To review the progress of comprehensive intervention program in IDD elimination in Chongqing, and learn lessons and existing problems for further direction. Methods The combination of qualitative and quantitative study was used in the research, which included literature analysis, in - depth interview, focus group discussion and questionnaire investigation. Results The study showed that although the knowledge rate about IDD were gradually increased among students and housewives, the coverage rate of iodized salt fluctuates between 50% and 70% in Fuling and Fengdu counties. Conclusion Pickling mustard production with non - iodized salt seriously affected coverage rate of iodized salt in the program counties of Chongqing. The problem has not been solved completely even through the comprehensive intervention program whieh has been conducted for 5 years in the regions.
