文章介绍了OA(开放存取)的定义及产生背景,归纳分析了OA对图书馆的影响,倡导图书馆积极参与和推动OA运动并提出了图书馆在OA环境下应采取的对策。
This paper introduces the definition and emerging background of OA, generalizes and analyzes its influence on libraries, promotes the libraries to participate in and enhance open access movements and puts forward the strategy for libraries in open access environment.
