摘要
分析了当前某些图书馆存在的三种“格雷欣现象”,然后提出在图书馆人事改革中,解决这些问题的三种设想。即建立图书行业允进制、国家级图书馆职业资格证书、公平的评聘分离。
This paper analyzes the three kinds of Gresham' s Law phenomenon which exist in the current certain libraries and puts forward three presumptions to solve these problems in library personnel reform such as library profession permitting system, library profession qualification certificate of national level and fair separation of assessment and appointment.
