中国古代的法律缺乏独立的品格的一个重要原因就是对礼的依附与从属,解析这一原因,需要从礼的内涵、儒家学派的影响以及古代法的实施等多个角度来进行。

One of the important reasons that the ancient Chinese law tack of independent character is the dependence and subordination to the ceremony. To analyze this reason, we need to carry on from a number of perspectives such as the content of the ceremony, the affection of the Confucian School and the implementation of the ancient law.
