近年来,律师权利保障问题日益受到司法机关及社会各界的关注。然而,检察环节下律师权利保障仍然存在很多不容忽视的问题,在一定程度上影响了犯罪嫌疑人辩护权的行使,也使诉讼公正难以实现。为了使这一情况得到解决,笔者对检察环节下的律师权利保障问题作以理性分析并提出相关对策,形成此文。
