创新教育的核心是培养全面发展的创新人才。公安创新教育的基本内容是:创新能力的培养,创新思维的形成,创新人格的塑造。创新教育的实施,要进一步树立创新教育观念,深化课程改革,实现教学内容的创新;进一步促进教学方法与手段的创新,促进学生自主学习,探索考试改革,创新考评标准,创设宽松民主的学习环境和紧张艰苦的训练环境,造就一批创新型的教师队伍。
