摘要
针对采用中薄板坯连铸机生产包晶钢时出现的结晶器液面波动大、铸坯废品率高等问题,分析认为,结晶器液面控制系统精度不高、包晶钢反应、夹杂物种类控制不当是主要影响因素。通过全面维护结晶器液面控制系统、优化脱氧合金制度,控制转炉终点氧化性等相应措施,结晶器液面波动由8~10m m降至3m m,改善了连铸坯的质量。
Aiming at large mold level fluctuation and high defective index when producing peritectie steel in the medium-thin slab caster, the infection factors is analyzed. The results show that deviation of automatic mold level control system precision, pefitectie steel reaction and improper inclusion control are main causes. Through maintainfng of mold level control system roundly, optimizing deoxidation and alloying system and controlling the oxidability of the final steel and so on, the mold level fluctuation is decreased to 3mm from 8-10mm, and the slab quality is improved.
