环缝洗涤工艺在水钢1350m^3高炉煤气除尘中的应用

摘要 水钢1350m3高炉煤气清洗系统采用环缝洗涤工艺,该工艺具有洗涤水耗量低、设备维护工作量小、设备占地面积省等特点,投产净煤气含尘量小于5mg/m3,机械水含量小于7g/m3。据现场调试经验,建议对环缝洗涤器增加窥视镜或检测设备,以确定注油量。 The annular gap scrubbing technology is adopted in the gas cleaning system of 1350m^3 BF of Shuigang. This technology has some characteristics such as low wash water consumption, little equipment maintenance work and small equipment floor space etc. The dust content of the clean gas produced is less than 5mg/m^3, and the free water content is less than 7g/m^3. Based on the experience of site commissioning, suggestion adding a sight or detection instrument for the scrubber is put forward.
