摘要 目的了解雌鼠动情周期中雌激素水平的波动对黑质-纹状体系统多巴胺(DA)神经元功能活动和纹状体听觉诱发电位P50AEPP50的影响。方法连续测定清醒、安静状态下雌鼠动情周期各个时期的纹状体AEPP50。结果在动情周期中,AEPP50的T/C比值在动情期(Estrus)最高,动情间期(Diestrus)最低,四个时期的T/C值没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论雌鼠动情周期中雌激素生理水平的低幅波动并不能造成四个时期AEPP50显著性不同。
