摘要
目的观察通过三氧化二砷静脉给药,探讨砷是否对C6胶质瘤模型有影响。方法采用立体定向技术建立C6/Wistar大鼠脑胶质瘤模型,并随机分为两组(对照组、实验验),通过尾静脉给予三氧化二砷治疗,观察生存时间、瘤体直径及生理状态。结果胶质瘤细胞复苏后生长旺盛,成功建立胶质瘤模型。第15 d开始动物活动障碍、刺激反应迟钝或敏感,生理状况逐渐变差然后死亡。动脉给药组出现上述情况的时间较晚。用t检验分析对照组和实验组大鼠的生存时间及瘤体直径均有明显差异。结论三氧化二砷对C6胶质瘤模型有效。
Objective To explore the influence of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the gliomas animal model.Methods Builds up the C6/Wistar rat brain gliomas model by stereotactical technic, and is divided into two random groups(un-treatment group, experiment group), giving through the tail vein arsenic trioxide (As2O3) treatment, observation existence time, the lump body diameter and the physiology appearances. Results C6 gliomas cell recovers to grow prosperous,succeed build up the brain gliomas model.Start the animal movable obstacle and stimulate to respond the muff or sensifives the 15 days, the physiology condition becomes to differ then die gradually. The artery is more for the medicine set time that appears the above - mentioned circumstance late. Existence time and the lump body diameters that use the t examination analysis matched control and experiment a wistar rat all have the obvious difference. Conclusion Aresnic valid to the C6 gliomas model.
