摘要
目的探讨血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭病人的疗效。方法共有32例各种原因导致的急性肾衰竭病人,行血液透析为主的综合治疗。结果治愈18例;放弃治疗4例;死亡10例,死亡率为31.25%。结论血液透析是治疗急性肾功能衰竭的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of HD on the patients with ARF. Methods There were 32 patients with ARF resulted from different causes,and they were treated through the comprehensive therapy, mainly HD.Results 18 cases were recovered;4 cases gave up the treatment, and 10 cases were died.The death rate was 31.25% .Conclusion HD was an effective method for treating ARF.
