Millimeter-Wave CMOS Integrated Circuits for Wireless Communication with High Rate and Wide Band

摘要 近年来,随着可应用于几个Gb/s无线通信的非许可60GHz频段的开放,低成本的毫米波单片集成电路已成为研究和开发的热点。论文简述了CMOS射频集成电路的发展历史,介绍了IEEE 802.15.3工作组提出的60GHzISM毫米波工作频段的特性,阐述了毫米波CMOS集成电路设计的若干关键技术。 Recently, with the open of the non-license 60 GHz band for the application of several Gb/s wireless communication, the millimeter-wave monolithic integrated circuits in low cost have been the focus of research and development. This paper describes the history of CMOS radio frequency integrated circuits, introduces the characteristics of the 60 GHz ISM millimeter-wave band proposed by IEEE 802,15.3 workgroup, and discusses some key technologies in designing the millimeter-wave CMOS integrated circuits.
