摘要
娘子关发电厂3号锅炉自2003年1月改用撞击式水平浓淡燃烧器以来,运行中存在严重结焦和掉焦、灭火频繁等问题。通过对该无弯曲板的撞击式浓淡燃烧器的浓淡出口风速进行的试验,掌握了浓淡侧风速规律。试验结果表明,浓淡侧风速,与撞击块位于一次风管里外侧位置的关系较大,而与撞击块前直管段长度的关系较小。并根据试验结果,提出了适宜的撞击块插入深度。通过几个月的运行考验,取得了显著效果。
Since the January of 2003, the impingement horizontal dense-weak firing burner speed of dense-weak side is gained: the wind speed of dense-weak side is affected by the position of impact block, which is at the inner side of the primary air pipe or not, more than that of the leagth of strait pipe, which is in the front of impact block. A proper impact block inserting depth is proposed as well, according to the test results. Using the advanced parameters in the operation for a few months, an obvious effective operation performance is adopted.
