摘要
叙述了从法国ALSTOM公司引进的110 t/h、50 MPa、315℃快速启动锅炉的主要结构特点及其系统,与普通常规锅炉的区别。介绍了在快速启动时体现出的运行特性,从热备用状态切为运行状态升负荷,2 min内可达100%负荷,归纳了2 min内各重要参数的变化趋势,并分析了快速升负荷的必要条件。认为快速启动锅炉对于化工区内的热电联供电厂的配置是一个很好的补充和完善。
The article introduces the 110 t/h. 5. 0 MPa. 315 ℃ Quick-Start-Boiler(QSB) imported from ALSTOM French, the main construction sharacteristic and system of QSB, the differences between QSB and general boiler. Introduces the operational character in the quick-start procedure, the state from standby to run can achieve 100 % load in 2 minutes, and summarizes the change of all important parmeter in 2 minutes. The nesessary conditions are analysised in quick start. The QSB is very useful for the cogeneration configuration of shanghai chemical industry park.
