摘要
采用生物化学的方法研究中华倒刺鲃仔稚鱼消化酶的个体发生和相互之间的异同。得到以下结果:从胰蛋白酶活力来看,3个试验组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05),在试验后期,活饵组的胰蛋白酶活力大部分时间都大于饲料组。从淀粉酶活力来看,3个试验组都具有稳定上升的共同趋势,不过3个试验组之间仍旧具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。从脂肪酶活力来看,试验期间的变化规律都十分剧烈,其活力交替上升,3个试验组之间具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。由此可见,不同饲料对于中华倒刺鲃仔鱼消化酶活力的影响十分巨大。
A biochemical method was used to study the ontogenesis and differences of digestive enzymes of Barbodes (spinibarbus)sinensis.The results as follows:there were significant differences on the protease activity of 3 groups (P 〈 0.05), in final period the protease activity of living-diet group was higher than micro-particulate group.The activity of amylase increased in all groups,and had significant differences in all groups (P 〈 0.05),The lipase activity changed in all experiment acutely and rised by turns,extremely significant differences were shown in all groups(P 〈 0.01 ).We could see, the activity of digestive enzymes of Barbodes (spinibarbus)sinensis was greatly affected by feed.
