我院抗菌药物应用情况分析

Analysis of the antibiotic application in our hospital

目的:了解我院抗菌药物的整体使用情况,分析其使用合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2003年1月1日～2005年12月31日期间抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:三年间抗生素类药的销售金额占全年西药、中成药药品销售总金额的比率呈逐年下降趋势,抗菌药物使用率约为69%,联合用药率约为39%,药敏试验率仅为11.5%。结论:我院抗生素的使用中还存在许多问题,应加强对抗生素合理使用的监督、检查及规范化管理。

Objective：To find out the total application of the antibiotics in our hospital and analyze the rationality to provide references for proper clinical utilization.Methods：A statistical analysis about the antibiotic application in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2005 was carried out.Results：During these three years, a descendent tendency in the percentage of the antibiotic consumption sum to total drug consumption sum has appeared. The rate of antibiotic usage was about 69%, the rate of concomitant administration was about 39%, and the testing rate of drug bacterial resistance was only 11.5%.Conchlsion：There are still a lot of problems in the application of the antibiotics in our hospital. It is necessary to strengthen the control, audit and standardized administration of the antibiotic application.
