摘要
目的:探讨氧化锌软膏中氧化锌含量测定结果偏低的原因。方法:采用不同的基质、方法及温度制备样品,并进行含量测定。结果:制备方法和温度对氧化锌软膏含量测定结果有影响。结论:用熔和法制备氧化锌软膏时,基质温度宜控制在60℃以下,才能得到合格产品。
Objective：To investigate the reason for the lower assaying results of zinc oxide ointment.Methods：Different matrixes,methods and temperatures were adopted to prepare specimens, and its＇ contents were determined.Results：Preparative methods and temperatures have influence on assaying of zinc oxide ointment.Conclusion：To obtain the valid products, the temperature of matrix should be controlled under sixty centidegrees when fusing method is used to prepare zinc oxide ointment.
