摘要
提出了一个神经三维可视化系统的架构,研究了基于连续组织切片的神经三维可视化技术。其中针对神经切片图像和解剖结构的特殊性,结合不变矩,考虑空间约束关系对轮廓进行了有效对应;求取神经中心线并获得其拓扑结构,以此为基础提出了基于三维结构的神经束组分类算法并给出了利用该算法进行实验的结果。
The paper introduced a system framework of 3D nerve visualization and made research of the techniques for the 3D nerves visualization based on serial tissue sections. According to the characters of the images and the specificity of the topographic anatomy of the nerves, the paper proposed a correspondence algorithm using the moment invariants with the consideration of space restriction relationship, obtained the center lines of the nerves with the topological structure, and based on the 3 D structures brings up a algorithm to classify the complex nerve fascicles. Finally, experimental results show the using of the proposed algorithms.
