大肠癌自体荧光光谱信号处理方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 详细论述了几种信号分析方法对大肠癌组织和正常组织自体荧光光谱的处理,并在比较其处理结果的基础上,提出一种基于方差和决策树算法的信号处理方法。通过对实际病症样本数据进行训练和分类,结果表明此方法有很好的分类效果,可有效地用于指导大肠早癌的诊断和治疗。 Several signal analysis methods were described and compared which are applied to deal with the spectrum data. And then, a new method was presented to carry out the data processing based on decision trees. By training and classifying the data of normal tissues and cancerous ones, this new method was proved to be useful in diagnosing the colorectal carcinoma at its early stage effectively.
