中西医结合治疗胸腰段椎体骨折32例 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析手法复位并后路切开减压AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法采用手法复位并AF椎弓根螺钉系统内固定治疗32例,随访6个月至2年。结果术后锥体前后缘的高度及后弓角较术前都有明显的改善,椎管的有效容积也得到了恢复。结论手法复位并AF系统内固定是治疗胸腰椎骨折较好的方法,具有操作简便,复位良好,固定安全可靠。是一种值得推广的方法。
