摘要
将液压矫正压力机设计的原理与思路予以介绍,分析其运动特性,对几个重要部件进行设计计算与校核。对滑块的导向结构、油缸、液压系统的设计原理、位移反馈系统等进行论述。该设备的设计,节约能源、降低运行成本,提高加工精度和工作效率。
The authors introduce the principle and thinking thread of hydraulic strainghtening press, analyze the characteristic of its movement; design, calculate and check some important components. What's more, the authors expound the following contents, such as the guiding structure of the slipper, the design principle of the oil cylinder and of the hydraulic pressure system, and the displacement feedback system. With the design of such equipment, we can save more energy, reduce the operating cost and improve machining accuracy ard work efficiency.
