摘要
钢坯夹持机是用于型钢厂加热炉的备料工序。阐述各部分结构、运动分析及三维建模,对夹持机工作原理、设计方案、夹持机构、升降机构的设计作了介绍。钢坯夹持机的应用不但可提高备料工序的工作效率,同时还具备检验钢坯表面质量的功能。
Clamp machine of billet material is used at the working procedure of stock heat up stove.This paper describes structures of each part, movement analysis and the 3-dimension modeling of billet clamp.In addition, it also introduces the working principles,designing projects,vertical and horizontal moving mechanism as well.Not only the application of clamp machine advance work efficiency of stock working procedure, it is provided with the function on checking up surface quality of billetmaterial.
