摘要 超精密机床系统可靠性的问题日益受到重视,失效树分析法可以帮助设计者及早有效地评价设计中存在的薄弱环节及缺陷,以此来改进设计,可以提高产品的可靠性水平。本文以超精密车床进给系统为例,建立系统可靠性模型,通过失效树分析找出系统的相对薄弱环节,并提出提高机床系统可靠性的措施,获得了良好的效果。 It is more and more important to take into account the reliability design of Machine tool. Fault tree analysis (FTA ) can help the designer to estimate the weakness and defect. Depend on the analysis, the design can be improved and the reliability can be increased. Set the feed system of ultra-precision machine tool as an example, the reliability model is established. The weakness of the system is found out through the FTA. The methods to improve the reliability of the machine tool system are presented.
