摘要
连续退火炉在长时间持续高温以及热应力作用下,会造成炉壳永久蠕变变形。在长时间作用下蠕变成为连续退火炉开裂破坏的重要原因。通过Marc软件对连续退火炉进行了蠕变有限元分析,计算结果和现场测量得到了很好的吻合。
The continuous annealing furnace shell suffers from lasting high temperature and thermal stress. As a result, permanent creep of the furnace shell appears. Creep is the primary cause far crack of continuous annealing furnace. Creep was studied by finite element method with Marc software in this paper. The calculated result is consistent with the field measurement.
