摘要
研究了数控机床中引入样条曲线后,直线接样条曲线、圆弧接样条曲线、样条曲线接样条曲线等过渡方式下,缩短型,伸长型,插入型等转接情况的刀具半径补偿算法,该算法实时性好,能满足加工精度要求,具有很好的实用价值。
The cutter radius compensation algorithm with spline curve model added in CNC system is studied, the detailed procedure of shortened type,extended type and inserted type for line to spline,arc to spline and spline to spline are analyzed. The algorithm is of high speed and can satisfy machining accuracy,and thus of great practicability.
