摘要
分析了现有鞋楦数控加工方法及其特殊性,提出了一种基于刀具和鞋楦CAD模型,采用三维离散化求最小距离的方法,解决了鞋楦数控加工刀位计算困难的问题。该方法主要步骤如下:(1)建立鞋楦和刀具的三维CAD模型;(2)规划优化的刀具路径轨迹;(3)计算各个刀位点。实践证明该方法快速、准确的生成所需的鞋楦加工刀位。
The currently method and the speciality of shoe last NC processing was analysis in this paper, a new method of tool-path generation, whish gain the shortest distance through dispersing the 3D model of tool and shoe last, is presented. The main process of the method is as follows: ( 1 ) Building the 3D model of tools and shoe last. (2) Planning optimization tool-path of shoe last NC processing. (3) Calculating tool-path. The result shows that the method can generate tool-path quickly and accurately.
