Studies on the Behaviour Trait Adopted Science and Technology by Chinese Farmers and Its Countermeasures

文章着重探讨了目前农民采用科技的行为特点以及存在的一些影响因素和解决的措施，并认为在解决农民采用科技的措施上，政府的行为起主导作用，农民自身存在的问题最终也要靠政府去解决。因此，必须调整服务观念，对农民应本着教育、引导、扶持和服务的原则，建设好服务队伍和基层领导组织，才能使广大农民走上共同富裕的道路.

This article discusses the behaviour trait adopted science and technology by Chinese farmers and some existed influential factors and countermeasures which should be resolved. The authors think that govermental action would play a leading role, in some respects, such as how to resolve farmers to 3doPt science and technologg.
