不同提取方法对复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量测定的影响

Effects of Different Extractive Methods on the Content Determination of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salviandic Acid B in Compound Danshen Tablet

【研究目的】比较不同的提取方法对复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量测定的影响。【方法】分别采用超声波和加热回流的方法提取复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B,用高效液相法(HPLC)测定其含量。【结果】超声波方法提取的丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量比用加热回流方法提取的样品含量高,其中A样品中药品含量测定差异明显。【结论】在提取复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B时,超声波提取方法优于加热回流方法。

[OBJECTIVE]this paper aims at effects of different extraction way on the content determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salviandic Acid B in compound Danshen Tablet. [METHOD]Ultrasonic extraction and heating and refluxing extraction are used respectively in the extraction of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salviandic Acid B in compound Danshen Tablet. Then the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salviandic Acid B are measured by HPLC. [RESULTS]The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salviandic Acid B, extracted by ultrasonic, were higher than that extracted by heating and re fluxing. [CONCLUSION] It can be concluded that different extraction ways have evident effect on the content determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A and Salviandic Acid B in compound Danshen Tablet from sample A.
