摘要
利用人工模拟光源研究了盐碱胁迫下燕麦叶片的光合特性。结果表明,轻度盐碱胁迫促进了燕麦叶片光合速率(Pn)的提高,随着盐碱浓度的进一步增强光合速率较对照降低,盐碱胁迫降低了燕麦叶片的胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)和蒸腾速率(Tr),重度盐碱胁迫下燕麦的水分利用率(WUE)增加。
Photosynthetic characteristics in oats leaves were measured under Saline-alkali stress in use of the simulated photosynthetic radiation (SPR). The results showed that photosynthetic rate (Pn) increased under slight saline-alkali stress, and with the increase of salt concentration, photosynthetic rate (Pn) decreased. The inter-cellular CO2 concentrations (Ci) and the transpiration rate (Tr) decreased with the increase of salt concentration. Water use efficiency (WUE) under serious saline-alkali stress increased.
