Comparative Analysis of the Level of Chinese Agricultural Modernization and Policy Suggestions

通过比较分析,找出中国农业在各个方面与发达国家的农业之间所存在的差距,分析农业现代化与国民经济现代化的关系,做出了中国农业现代化水平落后于发达国家80年左右的判断,并提出了大力发展农业科技、提高机械化水平、推进农业产业化经营、改革农业经营组织方式、推动外向型农业的发展、健全法制等加快中国农业现代化进程的政策建议。

By the method of comparative analysis, the author makes the disparity in every aspect of agriculture between china and developed countries clear, and analyses relationship between modernization of agriculture and the whole economy. Estimation that the lag of level of agricultural modernization between China and developed countries is about 80 years is made. To quicken the realization of agricultural modernization in China, developing agricultural science and technology, improving the level of mechanization, advancing agricultural industrialization, reforming the patterns of agricultural operation organizations, promoting the development of agriculture for export and perfecting legal system were put forward as policy suggestions.
