摘要
S.4433卷子现存英国博物馆,中国科学院图书馆复制有缩微胶片。该卷子首尾残缺,残留部分,尚存医方27首,以房中方药为主,其中第10方为外用制剂,功效称“女子快乐,男子强好”经临床试用,在治疗不孕证及性欲减退方面有较好的效果。结合所能搜集到的唐代“房中术”资料对其方药组成进行分析发现,此方是唐代“房中方”中代表性方药,所用药物在统计结果中出现率均为前数种之一。在此基础上我们对该方进行了初步的实验研究,并报告如下。 材料 实验动物:昆明种健康雄性小白鼠,体重18——20g,由兰州生物制品研究所购得;
The remnant volume of Dun huang S.4433.10 recipes is one of hand-writte side of the volume, Buddhist Scropture iis copiied and on the wrong side o it these is a copy of recipes mainly of sexual medicines. The teenth prescription is a quick-acting one only fffor external application. The compostion of the prescroption may rather represents the sexual drugs o the Tang Dynasty. It is efficiency liies in 'giving pleasure to a female and causing a male to have a strong liking for the sex'.
Through experimental research of the effect of this recipe on a male rat' s wet weight of accessory sex organs and on the tension, intensity, and frequency of a rabbit' s uterus spontaneous rhythmic movement in vivo, this experiment preliminarily confirms the recipe's action of' promoting Yin and exciting Yang'.
