摘要
分析了烟台发展IT产业的优势,认为:对于企业来说应选择先进或局部适用的技术,争取细微领域内实现技术的快速发展;而政府部门则应努力创造优良的投资创业环境,吸引投资及人才。
Analyzing the advantages to develop IT industry in Yantai, the paper considers that enterprises should choose advanced or partial suitable technology to realize fast technical development in the slight field, while the government should create good investment undertaking environment and attract investment and the talents.
