我国能源消费与环境质量变化的关联分析

Analysis on Relation between Chinese Energy Consumption and Changes of Environmental Quality

本文对我国1990～2004年能源消费与环境质量的变化态势以及二者之间关系的实证分析结果表明:我国能源消费与整体环境质量变化和局部环境质量有着高度的相关性;环境质量的改善不能仅依靠环境保护来实现,还应考虑能源消费的发展变化和影响。

This paper first analyzes the typical feature of the Chinese energy consumption and the development situation of environmental quality from 1990 to 2004, and then further makes positive research on the correlation between them. The result shows it is high correlative between the Chinese energy consumption and the whole environmental quality （environmental quality all-round evaluating index as a token） along with partial one （various waste and pollutants discharged）; the increase of energy consumption brings on degeneration of the whole environmental quality, the high increase of SO2, soot discharge and industrial waste residue produced, but on the contrary, industrial waste water has negative correlation with energy consump- tion. It makes out that the Chinese environmental protection policies are to some extent effective, but the environment problem is still severe on the whole. The protection is not nearly enough, the improvement of environmental quality and the impact of energy consumptionshould be considered.
