摘要
南京化学园热电有限公司1、2号机为武汉汽轮机厂生产的CC60-8.83/4.3/1.5型单缸、双抽式汽轮机。1、2号汽轮机在单阀-顺序阀切换过程中机组负荷扰动较大,对机组的安全运行产生了不利影响。分析了机组负荷扰动大产生的原因,通过采用适当延长阀切换时间的办法消除了阀切换时机组负荷出现大幅的波动,为该类问题提供了解决思路。
The turbines equipped on unit No.1 and No.2 in Nanjing Chemical Garden Thermal Power Co. Ltd. are CC60- 8.83/4.3/1.5 single cylinder and double extraction turbine produced by Wuhan Steam Turbine plant. The load perturbation of both of the turbines is large during the course of switch between single valve and sequeneing valve, which had passive influence on the safe operation of units. The paper analyses the reasons for this phenomenon,thus the wide-range fluctuation of load can be avoided by means of properly prolonging the time of valve switch,which supplies a method of solving this problem.
