摘要
华能福州电厂一台50%容量汽动给水泵在低负荷启动并入系统时,因即将退出的电泵出口调门内漏较大引起给水系统振荡,导致泵吸入侧强烈振动,又因轴振信号呆滞,未能准确判断而多次解体检查,延误主机满负荷运行,对振动进行了分析并处理,取得了良好的效果。
A 50 % capacity steam feed pump encountered serious vibration at its suction side when put into service at lowload period. The problem was caused by feedwater system vibration owing to internal leakage of an outlet regulating valve of the electric pump which was taking out of service. In addition, several times of strip inspection resulting from axis vibration signal delay dallied over the operation under full load. Based on the analysis, the problem was disposed properly.
