思想道德建设,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要部分,代表中国先进文化的前进方向。江泽民始终十分重视这一问题,系统地提出了一系列观点,认为加强思想道德建设是中国经济建设、文化建设和改革开放的必然要求,全民族的思想道德素质的明显提高是全面建设小康社会的目标之一,青少年是思想道德建设的重点。这一系列思想,丰富和发展了邓小平理论,闪烁着时代的光芒。

Ideological and moral building is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization and represents the progressive orientation of China＇s advanced culture. Comrade Jiang Zemin has always paid great attention to this problem and put forward a series of ideas. He thinks it is inexorable requirements to enforce the ideological and moral building while we are carrying out the building of economy and culture, and reform and opening-up. The obvious improvement of the whole nation＇s moral quality is one of the goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The teen-agers should be the focus of this work. Jiang＇s thoughts enrich and develop Deng Xiaoping Theory and are of great significance of the times.
