两种空气净化消毒器对医院Ⅱ类环境消毒效果比较

Comparison of the Disinfection Effects of 2 Air Disinfectors in Hospital Type Ⅱ Environment

目的比较两种动态空气净化消毒器的消毒质量。方法将两种动态空气净化消毒器安装于医院Ⅱ类环境相应体积的房间内,在静态及动态下,于开机前及规定时间消毒后,进行空气细菌含量检测,根据消亡率判定消毒效果。结果采集消毒后54份标本,空气菌落数均达标。在相同病房体积、相同时间和相同工作状态下,“新华”牌动态空气消毒器的消毒质量,优于“肯格王”牌动态空气消毒机;在静态下,优于紫外线灯的消毒效果,在动态下,与紫外线灯的消毒质量相同。结论“新华”牌动态空气消毒器能有效解决医院Ⅱ类环境动态空气消毒。

Objective To compare the disinfection effects of 2 air disinfectors. Methods The 2 air disinfectors were installed in rooms of certain size. The air bacteria content was detected statically and dynamically before turning on the disinfectors and after disinfection for certain time,the effect was evaluated according to the elimination rate. Results 54 samples were coUected;the number or colony reached the standard. With the same room size, in the same time and under the same condition,＂Shinva＂ air disinfector showed out better effect than＂ Kangge King＂ air disinfector. MeanwhiIe, in quiet state,the disinfection effect of＂Shinva＂ air disinfector was better than that of ultraviolet,but in dynamic state,the effects were same. Conclusions ＂Shinva＂ air disinfector is effective in the disinfection of hospital type Ⅱ environment.
